Hey Jacq! Mabilis lang mag lose for me coz I have a lot of weight to shed off. I just had to lessen my food intake and cut down on sweets and soda. Then I also minimize fast food. All those made me lose around 18lbs na.
Now, I'm working on increasing physical activities. Play badminton, join dance aero classes, and sometimes run sa treadmill. Hehe :)
Kaya mo yan! It's just willpower :) Kala ko before d ko kaya e.

i've recently started trying... hirap mag bawas ng food intake. >.< yun kasi bisyo ko, kain ng kain. addict pa sa coke. haha.
if i lose at least 15 pounds, and get my waist back to 24 na, shopping tayo ha? :D
